7.3.3 Required Personnel. The operator sha71 have one person <br />qualified for the services to be provided in accordance with the terms <br />of the repair station certificate. <br />7.3.4 Hours of Operation. The operating hours of the facility <br />will be at-the operator's discretion, subject to the approval of-the <br />Airport Manager. <br />7.4 Aircraft Charter and Taxi. The operator must be certificated by <br />the FAA under FAR Part 135 with appropriate ratings and licenses. <br />,7.4:1 Rewired Lot Size. The leasehold shall contain sufficient <br />tie-down and hangar space to accommodate the projected inventory. of <br />aircraft. <br />7.4.2 wired Building Size. The operator must have a <br />minimum of 100. square feet of. properly lighted and heated space on <br />Airport property for office and public use area. The operator may. <br />satisfy the obligation to provide restrooms and 1'obby space by sharing <br />lobby space and restrooms with'-another operator in the same building. <br />In addition, if the operator provides air cargo service, a minimum of <br />200 additional square feet. of storage space is required. <br />7.4.3 Required Personnel. The operator must have one person <br />-having a current commercial pilot's certificate, who is appropriately <br />rated to conduct the service offered.. <br />7.4.4 ~uipment Requirements. The operator shall provide <br />aircraft that are cur. rent and in compliance with all requirements of <br />. - the Air Charter and Taxi Certificate held under FAR Part 135.. <br />,. <br />7.4.5 Hours of Operation: The minimum operating hours of <br />the facility:shall be from;8:0U a.m. to 5:00 p.m., five days a week, <br />excluding holidays. <br />7.5 Aircraft Rental'. <br />.7.5,.1 Required Lot Size. The leasehold shall contain. <br />.sufficient tie-down and/or hangar space, to accommodate the projected <br />-inventory of aircraft. <br />_~ <br />.7.5.2 Required Building Size. The operator-must have a <br />:minimum of 100 square feet of properly lighted and heated space on <br />Airport property for offi"ce, public use area, and restrooms.
