`, , <br />i <br />7.2..1.2 Paved parking and 'tie-down area of <br />j adequate size and strength to.accommodate five general-aviation <br />type ;aircraft in the 12,500 pound category as specified in FAA <br />AC 150/5320-6C, or as amended. <br />7.2.2 Rye uired Building Size. The operator shall have: <br />7.2.2.1 A minimum of 500 square feet of properly <br />lighted and heated building space on Airport property for office, <br />restrooms, and public use-area. <br />7.2.2.2 A 3,000 square foot clear-span hangar of <br />adequate dimensions to accommodate maintenance and repair services <br />for aircraft normally frequenting the Airport.. <br />7.2.3 Rye uired Personnel. The operator shall have one <br />qualified full-time inspector-Aircraft Mechanic, and as zany other <br />properly trained personnel as may be required to perform the various <br />maintenance repairs in `an efficient manner. <br />7.2.4 .Required Equipment. The operator shall have: <br />7.2.4.1 .Sufficient equipment, supplies and parts <br />to .perform maintenance in accordance with manufacturer's recommen- <br />dations and to meet the needs of the various"types ofaircraft <br />normally frequentingthe Airport. <br />7.2.4.2 Sufficient equipment to properly .remove <br />from the landing area any disabled aircraft weighing '12,500 pounds <br />or less within a reasonable period of time. <br />7.2.5 wired Service. The operator shall have a stock of <br />aircraft parts and accessories, adequate in supply and variety to satin- <br />fy the demand. >. <br />-7.2.6 Hours of Operation. .The minimum operating hours of <br />the facility shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m,~five days a week, <br />excluding holidays, and on call at all other times, and.-shall be <br />available within one hour notice. <br />7.3 Aircraft Radio and Instrument Sales, Service and Repair. The <br />operator must provide `an avi~anics and. instrument repair service at the Airport <br />and must hold all. applicable certificates and ratings required under the FAR <br />Part 145 .and FAR Part 65.- <br />7.3.1 Rye uired Lot Size. The operator shall have available <br />to it at all times, by ownership, lease, or contract, sufficient hangar <br />space to accommodate customer requirements. <br />7.3.2 Required Building Size. The operator shall have a <br />" minimum of 300 square feet of properly lighted and heated building space <br />on Airport property for office, shop, and other needs. <br />Rules - 29 <br />
