Y <br />7.1..2.2 A heated, clear-span hangar containing 8,000 square <br />feet to accommodate a:Class II aircraft with a wingspan of 56' <br />and a tail height of 16'6". <br />7.1.3 Required Personnel. The operator shall have an <br />adequate number of qualified personnel to render competent service to <br />general aviation and airline customers. <br />7.1.4 Rye aired Equipment. The operator shall have adequate <br />ground support equipment including, but not limited to, ground power <br />units, oxygen carts, portable compressed air, passenger-loading steps, <br />tools, jacks, and towing equipment necessary to service the general <br />aviation and airline aircraft normally frequenting the Airport. <br />7.1.5 Fueling Facilities. The operator shall have: <br />7.1.5.1 Adequate fuel storage facilities of sufficient <br />capacity to accommodate bulk storage of 20,000'gallons jet A-and <br />bulk storage: of 10,-000 gallons of aviation gasoline; and suitable <br />pumping equipment for each type of fuel. Such fueling facilities <br />shall be located in the Airport fuel farm area unless. otherwise <br />authorized by the Airport Manager; and <br />7.1.5.2 Three fuel-dispensing trucks, two jetfuel- <br />dispensing trucks having a minimum capacity of 2,000 gallons anal <br />one aviation gasoline fuel-dispensing truck having a minimum. <br />capacity of 750 gallons. Each truck will ,be equipped with adequate <br />and appropriate fil teeing devices and meters. Fuel shall be <br />available in such types and quantities to meet all reasonable '. <br />demands of the aircraft normally frequenting the Airport. Both <br />jet fuel and aviation gasoline shall be offered. <br />7.1.6 Required Service. .The service shall include, but not <br />be limited_to, fueling, parking, washing, tieing down aircraft,' <br />inflating aircraft tires and changing aircraft oil. The operator shall <br />supply shuttle service for aircraft occupants as necessary.' <br />7.1.7 Hours of Operation. As a minimum, the facility shall <br />be open for business during the same periods that the FAA Control Tower <br />at Eugene is in operation, but no less than fourteen hours per day seven <br />.days a week, and on call, at other times, and shall be available within <br />a one hour notice. _~` <br />7.2 Aircraft Engine and Accessory Maintenance and Repair. -The <br />operator must offer air frame power plant and accessory repair for small <br />.aircraft (12,500 pounds and under)-and must meet a7i requirements as specified <br />under FAR'Parts 43 and 65. <br />7.Z.i Required Lot Size. The leasehold shall contain: <br />7.2.1.1 Sufficiernt'square footage of paved parking <br />area for ten standard-sized automobiles, and <br />Rules - 28 <br />
