Y <br />6.3.20 Airport Layout PIanJAirRort Master Pi an. The City <br />reserves the right to make changes in the Airport Layout Plan and - <br />Airport Master Plan. The'City reserves the power to designate as common <br />use areas any areas which have not been specifically leased or reserved <br />to any person or party by a written agreement. <br />6.3.21 City Use of Leased Land. The City has the right to <br />temporarily occupy any .part of an area which has been leased or reserved <br />to any person by a written agreement, so long as the City use does not <br />interfere with the principle use of the land by the lessee or permittee. <br />The City may require any structure or building on any leased property to <br />be relocated on the property if the relocation is needed in connection <br />with an expansion or improvement of the Airport. The City shall pay <br />the operator compensation for any temporary or permanent taking to the <br />extent required by law. <br />6.3.22 .Discrimination. No person shall, in the use of the <br />Airport or any of its facilities, discriminate or permit discrimination <br />against any person on the grounds of race, color, creed, national <br />origin,. sex or_age;.dr otherwise discriminate in violation of federal, <br />state or local law. .:'Each operator shall furnish all services authorized <br />or licensed by the Lity of Eugene by charging fair, reasonable and not <br />unjustly discriminatory prices for each unit of service; provided, how- <br />ever, that`'the operator may make reasonable and non-discriminatory <br />discounts, rebates, or other similar types of price reductions to volume <br />purchasers, if permitted by law. <br />7. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS FOR PARTICULAR ACTIVITIES <br />In addition to the general standards set out above, each permit or lease <br />for the following described operations sha71 conform to the following require- <br />ments. If. an operator.:.::-provides two or more of the services set forth, below, <br />the operator shall bepermitted to combine the lot size and building size <br />requirements for the services, so long as the total land provided is :equal to <br />at least 75% of;~the aggregate requirements for all services provided and. 100% <br />of the largest single requirement, and so long as the total building space <br />provided is equal to at least 50% of the, aggregate requirements for all the <br />..services. provided and 100% of the largest single requirement: <br />7.1 Fuelin4, Oil-Sales, and Transient Aircraft Services. • <br />7.i.1 Required--~'ot Size. The ]easehold shall contain <br />sufficient square footage for buildings, ,paved parking areas adequate <br />for accommodating twenty standard-sized automobiles, paved parking-and <br />tie-down areas of adequate size and strength to accommodate twenty <br />genera l-aviation `aircraft in the 12,500 pound category. <br />7.1.2 wired Building Size. The operator shall have: <br />7.1.2.1 A minimum of 2,000 square feet of lighted, heated, <br />and air conditioned building space on Airport property for office, <br />restrooms, public lounges, and pilot's lounge. <br />Rules - 27 <br />
