1. Copies of the Notice be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, published in the <br />Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, posted at four public locations, <br />and copies of the proposed changes to the Systems Development Charge Methodology as referenced <br />in Finding C be made available for inspection by interested persons at the City Managers Office, 777 <br />Pearl Street, Room 105, the Public Works Lobby, 858 Pearl Street, the Permit & Information Center, <br />99 W l Ot'' Avenue, and the Eugene Public Library, 100 W 13~' Avenue, all Eugene, Oregon, during <br />normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays) . <br />2. All persons desiring to comment thereon shall submit written comments as set forth <br />in the Notice.
