Public notice is required for orders <br />concerning rules or fees. <br />Public Notice Process <br />Rules: The public notice concerning administrative rules must contain the following specific <br />information: <br />In addition, the notice of rule making or intended fees should include: <br />• a statement that comments must be submitted in writing; <br />• where to submit the comments; and <br />• that comments must be received within I S days from the first date of the posting <br />or publication of the order. <br />Fees: The public notice for fees must include the same information listed above and a listing of <br />the fees. If it is a change in fees, Iist both the current fee and the proposed fee. <br />Distribution of the•Public Notice <br />Rules: After the administrative order declaring the intent to create or change rules has been <br />signed: <br />1} Provide copies of the notice to any interested parties: <br />a. Any business which possess a license issued pursuant to the rule. <br />b. Anyone requesting a notice. <br />2} Provide the original to the City Recorder's Office for posting on the two public bulletin <br />boards at City IIaII and the Internet Public Notice Page (not set up yet)_ <br />3) Publish the notice of intended rulemaking in the Register Cruard for at least 5 consecutive <br />days.
