<br /> 51 Upon approval by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Commission; the State shall provide RTP Grant <br /> <br /> 52 funds to the Sponsor to supplement the funding of the authorized Project <br /> 53 <br /> 54 Sponsor may begin work upon receipt of signed Agreements and a Notice to Proceed from the State. <br /> 55 Any expenses incurred prior to the Agreement date will not be eligible for reimbursement. <br /> 56 <br /> 57 The State shall not provide to the Sponsor, and the Sponsor shall not use, any funds described in this <br /> 58 section for administration, overhead, or indirect costs whether or not related to this Agreement. <br /> 59 <br /> 60 Proiect Information <br /> 61 <br /> 62 Description/Scope of Work: Create 7 Kiosks and install wayfinding signs through 12-mile <br /> 63 trail system including grading, surfacing improvements, fencing, trail delineation, drainage, parking <br /> 64 and as further described in the Project Sponsor's grant application. Projects not in compliance with this <br /> 80 schedule maybe cancelled unless substantial justification for an extension is warranted. <br /> 81 <br /> 82 Effective Date: This agreement shall become effective after both parties have signed this Agreement <br /> 83 and shall become effective on the final date of signature of this Agreement. Unless otherwise <br /> 84 terminated or extended, this Agreement shall expire on December 30, 2008. <br /> 85 <br /> 86 Amendments: This Agreement may only be amended if requested in writing, approved by the State <br /> 87 and signed by the parties. Extensions for asix-month period may be granted for the Project <br /> 88 Agreement if requested in writing at least 30 days prior to expiration date of this Agreement, <br /> 89 allowing enough time to prevent a lapse in the Agreement. The request for extension must show a <br /> 90 compelling need for the extension. <br /> 91 <br /> 92 Completion: The Project shall be completed by or before the expiration date of the Agreement, and a <br /> 93 final billing for the Project shall be submitted within forty-five (45) days of the expiration date of the <br /> 94 Agreement. A final report must accompany the final billing.
