A lump sum benefit is paid for loss of a <br /> limb or an eye as the result of an accident. The amount varies depending on the loss. <br /> Supplemental Life Policy <br /> Regular employees are eligible to purchase additional life insurance coverage forthemselves orfor <br /> their dependents. See HRRS Intranet site (http://ceonline/HRRS/RISK/Benefits/Lifelns.htm) or <br /> contact HRRS for information on rates. <br /> i <br /> Long-Term Disability <br /> All regular full-time and part-time who are regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week, <br /> are covered by a long-term disability policy. <br /> Employees eligible for long-term disability benefits will receive a percent of their scheduled salary to <br /> a monthly maximum benefit. This varies by employee group. Long-term disability benefits are for a <br /> maximum of 2 years, except in cases of total and permanent disability.
