City of Eugene <br /> Human Resource and Risk Services Policies <br /> must code hours not worked to vacation, comp time, holiday accruals, or <br /> LWOP. (This is an exception to APPM 3-870 which requires that accrued <br /> leave be exhausted before employees may take LWOP.) Usage of such <br /> benefits applies to all employees of the City except: <br /> a) Police <br /> <br /> ' b) Fire <br /> c) .Other employees providing key services who are to maintain work <br /> schedules as directed by their departments. <br /> Employees desiring to leave work early due ,to .hazardous weather <br /> conditions to ensure their safe arrival home must contact their supervisors <br /> for permission to do so. If time off is granted, hours not worked must be <br /> coded to vacation, comp time, holiday accruals, or LWOP. (This is an <br /> exception to APPM 3-870 which requires that accrued leave be exhausted <br /> before employees may take LWOP.)
