In most instances, the department receiving the employee pays <br /> ~ his/her salary and the home department continues to pay the benefits. <br /> Application Process <br /> i <br /> To be considered for a career development assignment, an employee must submit <br /> the following: <br /> • City of Eugene Career Development application form (blue) with supervisor signature <br /> • City of Eugene employment application <br /> 3 Supplemental Questionnaire (if required) <br /> • Career Development Plan (if on file) <br /> • Letter and/or resume with supplemental information relevant to the assignment. <br /> I <br /> A Career Development Plan that includes clearly stated career goals may enhance <br /> i <br /> <br /> } an employees' competitiveness for a career development assignment.
