Article 19 <br /> VACATIONS <br /> 19.1 VACATION ACCRUAL SCHEDULES <br /> ~ a. Vacations shall accrue according to the following schedule from July 1, <br /> 2001 through June 30, 2002: <br /> i <br /> } <br /> Length of Continuous Full-Time Bi-Weekly ~ Full-Time Annual <br /> Service in Years Accrual Rate Accrual Rate <br /> r less than 2 3.077 hours 80 hours <br /> 2 but less than 5 3.692 hours 96 hours <br /> <br /> I <br /> i <br /> 5 but less than 10 4.615 hours 120 hours <br /> 10 but less than 15 - 5.538 hours 144 hours <br /> 15 but less than 19 6.154 hours 160 hours <br /> 19 but less than 24 6.769 hours 176 hours <br /> 24 and over 7.692 hours 200 hours <br /> i <br /> i b. Effective July l; 2002, the vacation rate will be increased to reflect the <br /> accrual of two (2) floating holidays as specified in Article 18.3. The <br /> schedule will be as follows: <br /> Length of Continuous Full-Time Bi-Weekly Full-Time Annual <br /> Service in Years Accrual Rate Accrual Rate <br /> less than 2 3.692 hours 96 hours <br /> 2 but less than 5 4.308 hours' 112 hours <br /> 5 but less than 10 5.231 hours 136 hours <br /> 10 but less than 15 6.154 hours 160 hours <br /> 15 but less than 19 6.769 hours 176 hours <br /> 19 but less than 24 7.385 hours 192 hours <br /> 24 and over 8.308 hours 216 hours <br /> c.
