4. Perform a final inspection upon completion of the Section 1135 recreation facilities and prior <br />to processing final reimbursement payment to the City. <br />5. Review any contract change orders administered by the City for any significant changes to <br />the facilities previously designed by the Corps. <br />The City of Eugene Will: <br />1. Administer the contract for construction of the planned recreation facilities at the Amazon Creek <br />Wetlands Section 1135 Project. Recreation facilities to be constructed by the city using Section <br />1135 funding are summarized below. All facilities will be constructed in accordance. with the <br />detailed plans and specii:ications previously prepared by the Corps and provided to the City. <br />Estimated costs for the separable facilities were derived from the Corps' Baseline cost estimate for <br />the project and include contingencies (September 2000). ' <br />a. .Greenhill Road Overlook. An overlook adjacent to Greenhill Road with covered <br />viewing area structures, interpretive displays,.parking, sanitary facilities and <br />landscaping. <br />Estimated Cost: <br />$245,900 <br />b. Greenhill Multiple Purpose Path. Terry Street Multiple Purpose Path.
