The Task <br />Order was prepared-i'n accordance with the Cooperative Agreement Amendment No. 1, dated <br />September 28, 2001, between the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, and the City <br />of Eugene for the collection of native plant materials for the construction of recreation facilities at <br />Amazon Creek Sectiari 1135 Project. <br />Under the Cooperative Agreement, the City of Eugene may construct recreation facilities <br />associated with the Project. The Corps of Engineers agrees to reimburse the City of Eugene for <br />the Federal share of costs. In summary, the City Eugene and the Corps of Engineers will share <br />of Engineers has expended approximately $184,000 for planning, engineering and design of <br />recreation facilities. Therefore, a maximum of $226,900 is available for reimbursement of - <br />• , <br />The balance will be allocated in FY 2003. <br />If the Task Order is acceptable, please sign acid return it as soon as possible to the address <br />above.
