The Task Order was prepared-i'n accordance with the Cooperative Agreement Amendment No. 1, dated September 28, 2001, between the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, and the City of Eugene for the collection of native plant materials for the construction of recreation facilities at Amazon Creek Sectiari 1135 Project. Under the Cooperative Agreement, the City of Eugene may construct recreation facilities associated with the Project. The Corps of Engineers agrees to reimburse the City of Eugene for the Federal share of costs. In summary, the City Eugene and the Corps of Engineers will share of Engineers has expended approximately $184,000 for planning, engineering and design of recreation facilities. Therefore, a maximum of $226,900 is available for reimbursement of - • , The balance will be allocated in FY 2003.
