I have had Don Kokko, our operations foreman, work up a <br />bid on a per week basis for this work, (please see attached spreadsheet of costs). It is estimated that each week <br />will cost approximately $15,000, which includes equipment and operators. Tn order to implement this a~ressive <br />work schedule we need to have S7S,000 in our account prior to the commencement, which T rutderstsnd is Jtme 11, <br />2001. This money is only for the work done on behalf of the City of Eugene, Mitigation Bank. <br />Further. in our May 22, we met again to discuss billing the Mitigation Bank for a portion of the technical support <br />to the mitigation bank program to maintain the current annual support.
