Appendix A <br /> CITY and EWEB OBLIGATIONS <br /> Adjustment of EWEB Facilities on City of Eugene Construction Projects <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> CITY OBLIGATIONS <br /> The City will invite EWEB representative to project scoping, pre-bid, and pre-construction <br /> meetings. <br /> The.City will incorporate work items to lower and/or adjust EWER facilities into the project Bid <br /> Schedule upon EWEB's request. The City will incorporate the EWEB provided specifications <br /> and standard drawings into their bid documents. <br /> The City will manage and pay the all costs associated with advertising and bidding the projects. <br /> The City will refrain from directing the Contractor to perform any work on EWEB facilities that <br /> has not been finally approved by EWEB. <br /> <br /> The City's Contractor shall guarantee to EWEB, the workmanship and materials for a period of one <br /> <br /> year. Remedy of any failure in materials or workmanship shall be the responsibility of the City, at <br /> <br /> their contractor's expense. <br /> <br />
