2. Install the Work so that the top of pipes is at least 48 inches below the existing gutter <br /> grade to avoid conflicts with the Project. <br /> 3. Place and dispose of-the Work materials being used so as not to interfere with the <br /> operations of other forces working within the Project. <br /> 4. Follow the attached work schedule provided by the City. <br /> 5. Start and complete all Work within the following time schedule: <br /> *Start Completion <br /> Proiect Location Time (Work Days) Time (Work .Days) <br /> 13th Avenue to 18th Avenue 3 11 <br /> 18th Avenue to 19th Avenue 2 6 <br /> 19th Avenue to 24th Avenue 2 13 <br /> *Indicates the number of workdays after the pavement removal has begun for that <br /> Project location that EWEB will start.work on. <br /> If in the opinion of the City, EWER is not making sufficient progress or fails to meet <br /> this schedule, EWEB will supply additional materials, equipment, personnel, work <br /> extended hours and other riaeans asnecessary to accelerate its Work to return to <br /> this schedule and avoid delaying the City's contractor. <br /> 6. .:Reimburse City for all actual extra costs to the City for the Project which are caused <br /> by EWEB's delay, for delay or loss of production Project costs incurred by the City, <br /> and for additional'engineering costs attributable_to City making accommodations for <br /> EWEB to perform its VFlork within 60 days of billing by City. These costs include, but <br /> are not limited to, remobilization costs incurred by the City as identified in the Project <br /> .Bid Schedule, extra traffic control measures. required by the Work that are not <br /> identified on the Project Construction Plans, extra subgrade stabilization costs as <br /> identified in the Project Specifications that are required due to EWEB's Work <br /> activities, additional trench compaction testing, additional subgrade testing, any <br /> . delay or loss of production costs incurred by the City due to EWEB's Work activities, <br /> and any other extra costs incurred by the City directly caused by EWEB's Work <br /> activities. <br /> 7. Coordinate the Work with other contractors, utilities, or forces working within the <br /> Project and attend an on-site weekly coordination meeting until the Work has been <br /> completed within the Project. The purpose.of this meeting is to coordinate Work <br /> activities and to ensure that the Work runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets <br /> schedules. <br /> 8. Provide their own traffic control measures (TCM) for work that is outside the Project <br /> limits or for Work within the Project limit that does not have TCM in place. <br /> <br /> 9. Perform #rench backfill and compaction as specified in the Projecf Specifications. <br /> Backfill material shall be Class B or D. Surface material shat(consist of crushed <br /> aggregate base rock. Any other work outside the Project limits shall meet the <br /> <br />
