Street (Eugene) Section <br /> City of Eugene <br /> Amendment No. 2 <br /> The STATE OF OREGON, acting by and through its Department of Transportation, <br /> hereinafter referred to as State, and the CITY OF EUGENE, hereinafter referred, to as <br /> Agency, entered into an Agreement on November 18, 2003 and an amendment to that <br /> Agreement on August 9, 2004.. Said Agreement covers the High Street to Hilyard Street <br /> 'Project. <br /> It has now been determined by State and Agency that the Agreement referenced above, <br /> although remaining in full force and effect, shall be amended to increase funds. <br /> Paragraph 1 of Terms of Agreement, Page 1, which reads: <br /> 1. Under said provisions, Agency proposes to plan, design and acquire right of way for: <br /> 1) a new alignment of OR 99W from High Street to .Hilyard Street/Franklin Boulevard; <br /> 2) associated local street improvements including Ferry Street and 8"' Avenue; and 3) <br /> modifications to OR99W at Mill Street and Broadway Street, hereinafter referred #o as <br /> "Project". The location of the Project is approximately as shown on the sketch map <br /> attached hereto, marked Exhibit A, and by this reference made apart hereof. <br /> Shall be deleted in its entirety and amended to read: <br /> 1. Under said provisions Agency proposes to plan, design, acquire right of way for and <br /> construct: 1) a .new alignment of OR 99W from High Street to Hilyard Street/Franklin <br /> Boulevard; 2) associated local street improvements including Ferry Street and 8~' <br /> Avenue; 'and 3) modifications to OR 99W at Mill Street and Broadway Street, <br /> ...hereinafter referred to as "Project." The location of the Project is approximately 'as <br /> shown on the sketch map attached hereto, marked Revised Exhibit A-1, and by this <br /> . reference made a part hereof. <br /> Paragraph 2 of Terms of Agreement, Page 2, which reads: <br /> <br /> 2. The total estimated cost of the Project is $950,000: Project shall be funded using. <br /> $500,000 in Federal Funds, said funds have no match requirement. Agency shall be <br /> responsible for any portion of the cost of the Project that is not covered by Federal <br /> funding. The total Project estimate is subject to change. <br /> Shall be deleted in its entirety and amended to read: <br /> 2.
