The ;Project shall be conducted as a part of the federal-Aid Surface <br /> Transportation Program (STP) under title 23, United States Code. STP urban <br /> funds for this Project shall be limited to $150,000. The federal pro-rata share for <br /> STP funding is 89.73 percent. <br /> b. A portion of the Project shall be conducted as part of the federal-aid <br /> Transportation, Community and System Preservation Pilot Program (TCSP). The <br /> TCSP funds for the Project total $500,000 and have no match requirement. <br /> c. A portion of the Project shall be conducted as part of Sec. 117 Surface <br /> Transportation Projects authorized under the federal fiscal year 2005 <br /> Consolidated Appropriations Bill. The surface transportation projects funds <br /> provided for the Project total $5,000,000 and have no match requirement. <br /> d. A portion of the project shall be conducted as part of the High Priority Projects <br /> (HPP) Program under title 23, United States Code, which incorporated <br /> SAFETEA-LU. The federal funds authorized for HPP number 4715 total <br /> $1,000,000. The. federal pro-rata funding for HPP funding is 89.73 percent and <br /> provided federal funds will be subject to annual obligation limitations and possible <br /> rescissions. <br /> e. Agency will be responsible for providing the match for STP and HPP funds and <br /> any non-participating costs, including costs in excess of the combined available <br /> federal funds. <br /> f. The federal funding for this Project is contingent upon approval by the Federal <br /> Highway Administration.
