You will soon be sent an <br /> agreement for the project. The agreement will contain the following requirements: <br /> 1. The first half of the grant $20,300 will be available July 1, 2003; you may begin design work <br /> sooner. <br /> 2. A set of plans must be submitted to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Program Office for approval <br /> before any construction work begins. The standards of the Oregon Bicycle and Pedestrian <br /> Plan should be met. <br /> 3. Work should begin by September 1, 2003 and be completed October 31, 2004 (a later date <br /> may be chosen by mutual agreement). <br /> 4. Final payment will be released upon completion of the project and inspection by the Bicycle <br /> and Pedestrian Program office or an ODOT representative. <br /> Please do not start work on the project until you have received the agreement and all copies have <br /> been signed. This process should be completed by Apri130, 2003. <br /> This project will serve local bicyclists and pedestrians well.
