Please note the following: <br /> • The first half of the grant ($20,300] will be available July 1, 2003. You may begin design <br /> work sooner. <br /> • A set of plans must be submitted to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Program Office for approval <br /> before any construction work begins. <br /> • Work should begin by September 1, 2003 and should be completed by October 31, 2004 (a <br /> later date may be chosen by mutual agreement). <br /> • Final payment will be released upon completion of the project and inspection by the Bicycle <br /> and Pedestrian Program office or an ODOT representative. <br /> Please obtain signatures on all four copies and return them to our office at your earliest <br /> convenience, but no later than January 31,2003 .
