The final JPA shall meet the DSL and Corps requirements . <br /> of a completed application. Environmental Solutions LLC shall provide Sve unbound hard copies of the <br /> final JPA to the City for submittal to the Corps and DSL and one elecVonic copy. If it is required, Environmental Solutions. LLC will discuss and confirm mitigation . <br /> concepts and prepaze a drag mitigation plan with the draft JPA. <br /> Deliverables: If needed, draft mitigation plan as part of the draft JPA, followed by the final mitigation <br /> plan based on comments from the City as inclusion into the final JPA. <br /> Estimated due date: April 15, 2009 <br /> 'Task 7-Post Submittal Regulatory Tracking and Coordination <br /> Environmental Solutions LLC 'shall track the status of the application to determine when the pemut will <br /> be issued and whether addifional material will be required by the Corps, DSL, and DEQ. Environmental <br /> Solutions LLC will provide coordination, clarification, and project-related technical assistance to the <br /> agencies as requested. <br /> Deliverablesi Coordination and communication as necessary with the regulatory agencies to facilitate <br /> regulatory approval. <br /> Task 8- Individual Permit Documentation <br /> If necessary, Environmental Solutions LLC shall prepare a detailed alternatives analysis, respond to <br /> public comments, and respond to regulatory agency comments if there is a need for an individual permit <br /> application to the Corps or DSL.
