The final draft JPA will be prepazed to fulfill the requirements of OAR 141-085-0025. <br /> Environmental Solutions LLC shall obtain the appropriate signatures for the JPA (Section 7 of the JPA) <br /> unless the City requests that part of the task.., <br /> Deliverables: Draft JPA. <br /> Estimated due date: Apri15, 2009 <br /> Task 5- Completion of Final JPA <br /> Environmental Solutions LLC shall make appropriate modifications to the draft JPA prepared in Task 4 in <br /> response to the City's and ODOT's comments. The final JPA shall meet the DSL and Corps requirements . <br /> of a completed application. Environmental Solutions LLC shall provide Sve unbound hard copies of the <br /> final JPA to the City for submittal to the Corps and DSL and one elecVonic copy. The City shall provide <br /> the fee for the application to DSL. If the JPA is returned by either agency as incomplete, Environmental <br /> Solutions LLC shall revise it as needed in a timely manner, and shall coordinate application revisions <br /> with the City. <br /> Deliverables: Five unbound hazd copies and one electronic copy of the final JPA. <br /> Estimated due date: Apri125, 2009 <br /> Task 6-Assess and Plan for Non-Wetland Mitigation Needs <br /> This is a contingency task, dependent upon the need for non-wetland (riparian or open water) mitigation. <br /> Environmental Solutions LLC shall evaluate potential mitigation impacts for each water impact, and <br /> discuss whether non-wetland mitigation will be required' during the pre-application meeting with the <br /> Corps and DSL. If it is required, Environmental Solutions. LLC will discuss and confirm mitigation . <br /> concepts and prepaze a drag mitigation plan with the draft JPA. <br /> Deliverables: If needed, draft mitigation plan as part of the draft JPA, followed by the final mitigation <br /> plan based on comments from the City as inclusion into the final JPA. <br /> Estimated due date: April 15, 2009 <br /> 'Task 7-Post Submittal Regulatory Tracking and Coordination <br /> Environmental Solutions LLC 'shall track the status of the application to determine when the pemut will <br /> be issued and whether addifional material will be required by the Corps, DSL, and DEQ. Environmental <br /> Solutions LLC will provide coordination, clarification, and project-related technical assistance to the <br /> agencies as requested. <br /> Deliverablesi Coordination and communication as necessary with the regulatory agencies to facilitate <br /> regulatory approval. <br /> Task 8- Individual Permit Documentation <br /> If necessary, Environmental Solutions LLC shall prepare a detailed alternatives analysis, respond to <br /> public comments, and respond to regulatory agency comments if there is a need for an individual permit <br /> application to the Corps or DSL.
