State shall submit all claims received from pity far federal~aid participation to FHIIVA <br />in the normal manner and compile accurate cost accounting records. State shall pay <br />pity all reimbursable costs of the project State may request from pity a statement of <br />costs to date at any tine by submitting a vuritten request, when the actual fatal cost <br />of the project has been computed, pity shall furnish Stag with an itemised statement <br />of final costs pity shall pay ~ 00 percent of the final total actual costs The actual cost <br />of services provided by State will be covered in the Supplemental Project <br />Agreements. <br />~ a, pity agrees to refund to State all federal funds paid to pity, if FHwA requosts such <br />funds from State, because pity has not followed a process, rule or procedure outlined <br />in pity's Procedures, this Agreement or upp~emer~tal Project Agreernent~s}, Refund <br />from Sity shall be vuithin thirty ~a~ days upon State natificatian. If pity does not repay <br />State within thirty ~0} days, State shall withhold pity's proportionate share of State <br />Highvuay Fund distribution until repayment has been made in full. <br />~n~ard <br />~, In accord with the pity's standard contract specifications and Public Irr~proverr~ent <br />Design Standards Manual, pity shall include in the title sheet of the plans the <br />following: federal~aid project number, location sketch, title of project, project limits, <br />plan sheet index, applicable plans and a provision for approving officials} <br />signatures} and dates} and scales}.
