Construct 12-foot wide; 275-foot long full width lane and <br />240-foot long 20:1 tapered right turn lane on the south side of Franklin Blvd at Agate <br />Street. ~ <br />Assumptions: <br />Construct new 12-foot lane with 9-inches of HMAC on 12-inches of sub-base rock. <br />Construct new curb and gutter, where removed. <br />Construct new sidewalk, where removed. <br />Construct two new ADA curb ramps, where removed. <br />- Replace and reloeate traffic signal pole, home run wiring, new loops and associated <br />wiring for southbourid Agate. <br />Retime traffic signals (PWM traffic operations). <br />Relocate two pedestrian push button poles and wiring. <br />Relocate four streetlights and wiring. <br />Replace and relocate two curb inlets and pxping. <br />Reconfigure curbed median on Agate. <br />Landscaping adjacent to new lan~ and in reconfigured median. <br />New sttiping and legends for new pavement. <br />
