See Title One Schools. <br />Ally Organizations ' <br />Purpose: <br />Recognize past contribution; maintain engagement <br />Incorporate support and concerns of WREN's ally organizations <br />Communicate with constituents of ally organizations <br />T'NT (Julie Fischer) will contact all non-profit ally organizations on list provided by WREN to find <br />out their: <br />1) newsletter dates, web link potential, and ask for inclusion in communications to email lists to <br />promote public event.. T'NT will give master list to WREN for ongoing use. <br />2) upcoming events and check to see potential for Planning Team to make presentation <br />3) interest in non-profit staff and Boards attending a morning meeting on June 2nd to get update <br />and discuss outcomes of Focus Groups and Policy Team meetings. <br />June Z"d Morning Meeting <br />Purpose: <br />Share analysis of what was learned through Focus Groups (Rowell Brokaw) <br />Report decision-making <br />Incorporate support and concerns of WREN's ally organizations <br />Engage invested people <br />Celebrate progress and collaboration <br />The Planning Team will sponsor a morning meeting, inviting all Focus Group participants and ally <br />organizations' leaders. T'NT (Ellen Teninty) will participate with Planning Team to develop an <br />agenda that reports progress, gets input, engages discussion, and recognizes collaboration. <br />T'NT available to facilitate. <br />June 2"d (afternoon) Bike Path Open House <br />Purpose: <br />Build WREN's Data base with interested parties <br />Tell people about the education programs available <br />Tell people about the collaborations and partnerships <br />Get input for WREN Education Program and building planning process <br />T'NT (Julie) will collaborate with WREN staff to make this first event a success. Windy will be in <br />charge of publicity, but Julie will assist. Julie will have figured out how to invite the constituencies <br />of ally organizations via newsletter and email. Imagine Graphics will develop the display with <br />WREN. Planning Team will have some graphics developed for use in public engagement. <br />Planning Team will be available for conversations. Julie will participate in logistics and set-up <br />with WREN staff and Planning Team. <br />Late July/Early August: . <br />Purpose: <br />Meet with Focus Group participants and ally organization leaders on progress <br />Potential to link with fundraising event or public open house. <br />RBA will do agenda and presentation for meeting. <br />T'NT will help WREN with outreach and logistics, building on efforts from June 2"d. <br /> <br />
