b No person shall abandon any motor vehicle on the airport. <br /> ' ~c~ Tyre shall be limited parking in the loading and unload- <br /> ing zones for time necessary to deliver or pick up passen- <br /> gers ardor baggage. Vehicles beyond this time will be <br /> towed and the operator of the vehicle will be responsible <br /> for charges, which must be paid before the vehicle may be <br /> recovered. <br /> ?o INTOXICATION: No person under the influence of liquor or narcotic <br /> drugs shall operate a motor vehicle on the airport. <br /> 8, LOADING AND UNLOADING OF PASSENGERS: No motor vehicle shall load <br /> or unload passengers at the airport at any place other than that <br /> designated by the City. . <br /> 9. REPAIR OF MOTOR VE?~ CI~SS No person shall make repairs to motor <br /> vehicles on the airport other than in designated shop areas, ex- <br /> cept those minor repairs necessary to remove motor vehicle from <br /> the airport; nor shall any person move, interfere, or tamper with <br /> any motor vehicle, or put in motion, the engine, or take with out <br /> permission of the owner duly presented to the Airport Manager.;% <br /> 10. VIOLATIONS Violators of these rules shall be subject to arrest <br /> and prosecution in Eugene Municipal Court and the City reserves <br /> the right to remove from the airport, at the expense of the owner <br /> any vehicle violating any of these rules. <br /> <br /> 11, INTERPRETATION: In at~y contingencies not specifically covered by <br /> these rules and regulations, the Airport Management is authorized <br /> to make such decisions as may in its discretion seem proper. <br /> SECTION IV BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS <br /> 1. No person, tenant or lessee shall make any alterations of any <br /> nature whatsoever to any buildings or ramps, nor erect any build- <br /> ings or other structures without prior written permission of the <br /> City. <br /> 2. Any damage or malfunctioning of buildings, structures, utilities or <br /> other airport property shall be reported at once to the Airport Man- <br /> ager. <br /> 3. Passageways, halls, doors and exits shall be kept clear of stored <br /> material or debris. <br /> Li. No person shall place any solid or pour any liquid other than water <br /> down floor drains, manholes or other sewer connections. <br /> 5. No person shall tamper, operate, change or modify any valve, switch <br /> or-Y other electrical, water or heatin g fixture without first having <br /> obtained specific authority from the Airport Management. <br /> <br />
