9. DRUNK, AND/OR DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Any person who becomes drunk, <br /> disorderly, obscene, indecent, or commits an unlawful act or causes <br /> a nuisance on the airport, shall be subject to immediate expulsion. <br /> 10. GAMBLIiVG; No person shall conduct gambling or operate gambling de- <br /> vices on the airport. <br /> 11. FIREARMS, EXPIASIVES AND FLAMMABLE MATr.RIAL: No persons except duly <br /> authorized peace officers, post office, Airport and air carrier em- <br /> ployees or members of the Armed Forces of the United States, on of- <br /> ficial duty, shall carry any firearms, explosives, cm flammable <br /> materials on the airport, without the written permission of the Air- <br /> port Management. <br /> 12. LANDING RATES AND CHARGES: Aircraft are subject to applicable rate <br /> or field use charges as may be adopted by the City, <br /> 13. SPECIAL EDENTS, RECEPTIONS, ETCs Arrangements fcr receptions, car- <br /> avans, and parades must be made in advance with the Airport Manager. <br /> <br /> 1lt, INTERPRETATION: The Airport Management is authorized to make such <br /> decisions as may seem proper in situations not specifically included <br /> in these rules and regulati one. <br /> SECTION III SURFACE VEHICLES AND ROADS. <br /> 1, GENERAL: Motor vehicle operation shall be governed by theā¢provisions <br /> of the Oregon State Motor Vehicle Traffic Code and Traffic Direction <br /> Procedures. <br /> 2e USE OF ROADS AND WALKS; <br /> (s) No person shall operate or park any type of vehicle on roads <br /> or walks except on those designated by the City. <br /> (b) The right to use the roads or walks within the 'airport is <br /> revocable at any time by the City. Any designation of roads <br /> or walks and their use shall not be construed as a dedication. <br /> 3. SPEEDS Motor vehicles shall be operated in strict compliance of speed <br /> limits established by the City and indicated by traffic signs. <br /> 4. EQUIPMENT TO BE IN QOOD WORKING ORDER: No motor vehicles shall be <br /> driven unless the following required parts and accessories are in <br /> good working order; lighting devices ar~d reflectors; brakes, (both <br /> servi ce and hand); windshield wiper; rear vision mirror; pneumatic <br /> tires; steering mechanism; coupling devices. <br /> 5. ACCIDENT REPORTS: All persons involved in any accident on the air- <br /> port, shall promptly report to the Airport Manager ar~d to the law <br /> enforcement agency. <br /> 6. PARKING s~ <br /> (a) No person shall park a motor vehicle on the airport other <br /> than in the areas established for parking and in the manner <br /> prescribPd.~ <br /> <br />
