SECTION XXIX
<br /> RIGITT OF T1IE CI'CY TO 'IERMINAI'E LEASES AND AGREEMENTS
<br /> 1. The City shall have the right, at its discretion, to terminate any
<br /> lease, or other ag,reemen't, and to revoke any operators license, author-
<br /> ity, or permit to do business on the r1ahlon Sweet Field for any cause
<br /> or reason provided in these rules and regulations, or by law, and in
<br /> addition thereto, upon the happening of any one or more of the follow-
<br /> ; ing:
<br /> a. Filing of a petition voluntarily or involuntarily, for the adjudica-
<br /> tion of the tenant as a bankrupt.
<br /> b. The making by the tenant of any general assignment for the benefits
<br /> of creditors.
<br /> c. The abandonment or discontinuance: of any permitted operation at the
<br /> Airport by the operator, or the failure to conduct them on a full
<br /> time basis without prior approval of the City.
<br /> d. The failure to promptly pay to the City, when due, all rents, fees,
<br /> charges, and other payments which are payable to the ,city by the
<br /> tenant. The failure of the operator to remedy any default or. breach
<br /> or violation 'by him, or his personnel in keeping observing, perform-
<br /> , ing and complying with Chapters l., 2 and 4 of these rules and
<br /> regulations and the terms, covenants, and conditions in any lease
<br />
<br /> 11~, or agreement entered into pursuant hereto on the part of the operator
<br /> } to be kept or preserved, within thirty (30) days from the date
<br /> written notice from the City has been mailed or delivered to the
<br /> place of business of the operator at the Mahlon Sweet Field.
<br /> e. The tenant or any partner, officer, director, employee, or agent
<br /> thereof commits any of the following:
<br /> 1. Violates any of the rules of Chapter 1 of these rules.
<br /> ° 2. Engages in unsafe or abnormal or reckless practices in the
<br /> operation of any aircraft on, or in the vicinity of, Mahlon
<br /> Sweet Field, which creates a hazard to the safety of other
<br /> Airport users, other aircraft, or the general public, or en-
<br /> dangers property, or which could, if any emergency developed
<br /> foreseeably result in causing personal injuries or death to a
<br /> person or damage to property. '
<br /> 3. Causes personal injury to, or the death of, a person or property
<br /> damage involving in excess of $1000.00 for repairs yr loss.
<br /> I 4. Operates the business in such fashion as to create a safety
<br /> i hazard on the Airport for the other Airport users, aircraft, or
<br /> property on the Airport, the general public, or the Airport, or
<br /> any pilots, students, or passengers.

<br /> g. Any party applying for an operators Iease, or who is interested in
<br /> the business, supplied the City with any false information, or
<br /> misrepresented any material fact to the City in the application
