supporting documents or in statements to or before the Council; or <br /> failed to make full disclosure to the City in the application, the <br /> supporting documents, or in statements to or before the Council. <br /> 2. In the event of such termination, the operator shall forthwith <br /> peaceably vacate the Airport and surrender possession of the premises <br /> to the City and cease acid desist all business operations on the <br /> ' Airport. Should the operator fail to make such surrender, the City <br /> of Eugene shall have the right at once and ~oithout further notice to <br /> the operator to enter and take full possession. <br /> SECTION XXX <br /> RIGHTS AND REMEDIES OF ENFORCEMENT <br /> 1. In addition to all other rights and remedies provided in these rules <br /> and regulations, the City of Eugene shall have any and all other remedies <br /> at law or in equity, including the equitable remedy of injunction, to <br /> enforce these rules and regulations. <br /> SECTION XXXI <br /> RIGHT OF REMOVAL <br /> 1. Subject to the terms of any written agreement or lease, the City at <br /> its discretion, may permit the operator to remove from the Airport any <br /> buildings or structures theron owned or constructed by the operator. <br /> SECTION XXXII RIGITT OF ENTRY <br /> 1. To the extent necessary to protect the rights and interests of the <br /> <br /> ~2ta.,iq;~;fi City of Eugene, or investigate compliance with the terms of these <br /> rules and regulations, the Airport Manager, any member of th.e Council, <br /> the City Engineer, the City Attorney, Fire Inspector, Building Inspector, <br /> and any other agent of the City of Eugene shall have the right to inspect <br /> at reasonable times all Airport premises togetzer with all structures <br /> or improvements, and all aircraft, equipment, and all licenses and <br /> registrations. <br /> SECTION XXXIII <br /> SNOW, ICE, WEED AND DEBRIS REMOVAL <br /> k <br /> 1. Each operator shall be responsible for the removal of snow, ice and <br /> debris from all his leased areas and tie down areas in which he is <br /> authorized to operate, and shall keep his leased areas in which he is <br /> authorized to operate free and clear of all weeds, rocks, debris and <br /> other material which could cause damage to aircraft, buildings, persons <br /> or automobiles as a result of aircraft operation.
