<br /> z <br /> S. Aircraft shall be properly secured by the owner or operator of the <br /> aircraft when parked on the Airport. Owners of such aircraft shall <br /> be held responsible for any damage resulting from failure to comply <br /> with this rule. <br /> SECTION IX <br /> DISABLED AIRCRAFT <br /> 1. Aircraft owners, pilots, or their agents shall be responsible .f or <br /> the prompt disposal of disabled aircraft and parts, unless required <br /> or directed to delay such action pending an investigation of an <br /> accident. <br /> 2. If any person refuses to remove an aircraft when directed by the <br /> Airport Manager, said aircraft may be removed at the owners or <br /> operators expense, and without liability (to the City) for damage <br /> which may result in such moving. <br /> SECTION X <br /> PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM <br /> 1. All persons using the public address system shall conform to the <br /> rules set forth in the current Air Traffic Conference of America <br /> Trade Conference Manual adopted by the Airlines Public Address <br /> Committee. <br /> SECTION XI <br /> FIRE REGULATIONS <br /> 1. OPEN FLAME OPERATIONS: No person shall conduct any open flame <br /> operations on the Airport unless authorized by the Airport Manager. <br /> 2. STORAGE: No person shall store or stock materials or equipment <br /> which constitues afire hazard as judged by regular fire inspections. <br /> 3. CARE OF WASTE: Leasees shall provide underwriter approved metal <br /> receptacles with self-closing covers for the storage of oily wastes, <br /> rags, and other rubbish. All such waste shall be removed by the <br /> leasees daily. <br /> 4. FLOOR CARE: All leasees on the Airport shall keep floors of the <br /> hangars and adjacent areas free and clear of all oil, grease and <br /> other flammable material. <br /> -11- <br /> <br />
