REPAIR OF MOTOR VEIIICL,ES: No person shall make repairs to motor <br /> vehicles on the Airport other than in designated shop areas, except <br /> those minor repziirs necessary to remove the motor vehicle from the <br /> Airport. <br /> S. VIOLATION: Violators of these rules shall be subject to arrest and <br /> prosecution in the Eugene Municipal Court, and the City reserves the <br /> right to remove from the Airport, at the expense of the owner, any <br /> vehicle violating any of these rules. <br /> SECTION IV <br /> CITY OWNED BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES RULES AND REGULATIONS <br /> s <br /> 1. No person, tenant, or leasee shall make airy alterations of any nature <br /> whatsoever to any buildings or ramps, nor erect any buildings or other <br /> structures without prior written permission of the Gity. <br /> 2. Any damage or malfunction of buildings, structures, utilities, or <br /> other Airport property shall be reported at once to the Airport Manager. <br /> 3. Passageways, halls, doors, and exits shall be kept clear of stored <br /> material and debris. <br /> 4. No person shall place any solid, or pour any liquid other than water, <br /> down floor drains, manholes, or other sewer connections. <br /> 5. No person shall tamper, operate, change, or modiā¬y any equipment <br /> without first having obtained specific authority from the Airport <br /> Manager. <br /> SECTION V <br /> APRONS <br /> 1. MOTORIZED EQUIPMENT: <br /> (a) No motorized equipment shall be operated on the loading apron <br /> area or aircraft landing area except: <br /> {1) By persons assigned duty thereon <br /> (2) By persons authorized by the Airport Manager <br /> (b) All surf ace vehicles operating on the runways or taxi ways <br /> are required to obtain pe nnission from the control tower prior <br /> to driving on any runway or taxi way and will be equipped, with <br /> flashing red light or approved flags. <br /> 2. SPEED LIMIT ON PASSENGER LOADING APRONS: Any person operating or <br /> <br /> ~ driving a motor vehicle upon any aircraft loading apron shall drive <br /> at a careful and prudent speed and not greater than is reasonably safe, <br /> and in no circumstance in excess of 15 miles per hour. <br /> -8-- <br /> <br />
