LOST ARTLCLES: Persons finding lost articles shall deposit them at <br /> the office of the Airport Manager. Articles unclaimed within 60 days <br /> may be turned over to the finders. DRUNK, AND/OR DISORDERIY CONDUCT: Any person who becomes drunk,dis- <br /> orderly, obscene, indecent, or comrnits any unlawful act or causes <br /> a nuisance at the Airport, shall be subject to immediate expulsion. <br /> 9. GAMBLING: No person shall conduct gambling or operate gambling <br /> devices on the Airport. <br /> 10. FIREARMS, EXPLOSIVES, AND FLAMMABLE MATERIAL: No persons except duly <br /> authorized peace officers, post office, airport, air carrier employees <br /> or members of the Armed Forces of the United States on official duty, <br /> shall carry any firearms, explosives, or flammable materials on the <br /> Airport without the written permission of the Airport Manager, except <br /> for the legal loading and unloading for shipment. <br /> 11. LANDING RATES AND Cl1ARGE5: Aircraft are subject to applicable rate <br /> or field charges as may be adopted by the City. <br /> 12. SPECIAL EVENTS, RECEPTIONS, ETC.: Arrangements for receptions, <br /> caravans, and parades must be made in advance with the Airport Manager. <br /> SECTION III <br /> SURFACT' VEHICLES AND ROADS <br /> 1. GENERAL: Motor vehicle operation shall be gc~erned by the provisions <br /> of the Oregon State Motor Vehicle Traffic Code and Traffic Direction <br /> Procedures. <br /> 2. USE OF ROADS AND WALKS: No person shall operate or park any type of <br /> vehicle on roads or walks except on those designated by the City. <br /> The right to use the roads or walks within the Airport is revocable, <br /> at any time by the City. Any designation of roads or walks, and <br /> their use, shall not be construed as a dedication. <br /> 3. PARKING: <br /> (a) No person shall park a motor vehicle on the Airport other <br /> than in the areas established for parking and in the manner <br /> prescribed. <br /> _7- <br /> <br />
