i~. . <br /> 9. Airport roads and streets -Portions of the Airport designated for <br /> roads. <br /> i. <br /> 10. Operator - L~wner or person, firm or representative or corporation <br /> controlling the operations of aircraft or highway vehicles. <br /> 11. Itinerant Aircraft - Aircraft not based upon the Airport except <br /> those aircraft which are operated by a certified air carrier hold- <br /> S ing a valid lease at Mahlon Sweet Field. <br /> 12. Fuel Handling -Fueling and drainage of fuel, oil, and fuel and oil <br /> waste products. <br /> 13. Motor Vehicle - Automobile, trucks, busses, public automobiles, <br /> limousines, taxis, and any other device by which persons or property <br /> may be transported, or carried on land. <br /> l4. Limousine - Motor vehicle, authorized to transport passengers for hire <br /> over public highways. <br /> SECTION II GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS <br /> 1. RESTRICTED AREAS: No person shall enter any restricted area except: <br /> (a) Persons assigned to duty <br /> <br /> # (b) Persons authorized by the Airport Manager. <br /> (c) Passengers under appropriate supervision entering the apron <br /> area for the purpose of enplaning and deplaning. <br /> 2. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS: Revenue producing commercial activities are <br /> prohibited without securing a permit from the Airport Manager and <br /> paying the prescribed rates and charges. Persons not authorized or <br /> in default in a tenant arrangement, shall not carry on any business <br /> of any nature. <br /> 3. SOLICITING: No person shall solicit funds on the Airport without <br /> the permission of the Airport Manager. <br /> 4. ADVERTISEMENTS: No person shall post, distribute, or display signs, <br /> advertisements, circulars, or printed mater'i.al except with the approval <br /> of the Airport Manager. <br /> 5. VEHICLES FOR HIRE: No person shall operate vehicles for hire unless <br /> such operation is with the approval of the City. <br /> 6. ANIMALS: No person shall enter the landing area of the Airport with <br /> a dog or other animal. Dogs and other animals may be permitted in the <br /> <br />
