Unit of Development (Unit): For purposes of the Transportation SDC and the Metropolitan <br /> Wastewater Management Commission SDC, the unit of development is that measurement of the <br /> size of a development upon which the charge is based. For the Metropolitan Wastewater <br /> Management Commission SDC, the Unit is called an FEU. The Unit is typically 1,000 square feet <br /> of building area for most commercial users, and dwelling units for residential development. Other <br /> <br /> • measures are used, as appropriate for each type of development.
