The person so designated by the City Manager of the City of Eugene, <br /> i or his r her designee. <br /> ENR, Engineering News Record. <br /> R-7.407-B Equivalent Assessment Rates. <br /> An eq ivalent assessment imposed under Section 6.476 or 7.407 of the Eugene Code,1971, <br /> shall be base on the following methodology and formula: <br /> 1. Methodolo~v. Index the original construction cost by the 20-city <br /> cons ction cost index (CCI) as published in the Engineering News Record (ENR). <br /> 2. Formula. CCI from December of previous ,year x original construction cost <br /> CCI from December of base year. <br /> The r tes established pursuant to the above Methodology and Formula shall be updated <br /> annually, on r about April 1, based on the ENR CCI rates from December of the previous calendaz <br /> year. <br /> R-7.407-C Implementation. <br /> Thee uivalent assessment to be charged for land divisions shall be calculated using the rates <br /> in effect at a time of final plat approval. For building permit applications, the equivalent <br /> assessment t be charged will be calculated using the rates in effect on the date a permit application <br /> is accepted complete at the Permit Center. <br /> R 7.407-D Review of City Engineer's Determination. <br /> Any erson aggrieved by the City Engineer's determination of an equivalent assessment <br /> under Secti s 6.476 or 7.407 of the Eugene Code, 1971, may seek a review of the determination <br /> before a he ngs officer within the time and in the manner provided in Section 2.021 of the Eugene <br /> Code, 1971. <br /> This ule shall become effective as of 12:01 a.m. on April 19, 2004. <br /> Date this ~ <br /> day of April, 2004. <br /> Dennis M.
