The proposed Administrative <br /> Orders were published and posted according to Eugene Code 6.411. Three attendees at the May 9, 2006 <br /> public hearing engaged in a question and answer period with staff, one of whom submitted comments <br /> which were considered by the Manager and addressed in the final Stormwater User Fee Administrative <br /> Order. No other comments were received within the time or in the manner provided in the Notice. <br /> j Unless reviewed by City Council, the decision will be final on the eleventh day after it is rendered (May <br /> ' 22). New user fees will go into effect in July. Customers will be notified of the change in a brochure <br /> which will be included with June EWEB bills. <br /> If you have any questions, please let me know.
