Current Criteria Language for applicant criteria <br /> How do we verbalize the applicant criteria that we can explain to those interested in the <br /> academy? <br /> Overall Criteria to think about when generating names: <br /> Criteria <br /> • We are seeking representation from across the organization, but also across <br /> levels from section managers, division managers and executive managers. <br /> • Each candidate should be someone.who is motivated and can meet all of the <br /> obligations of the program (note program description). <br /> Candidate Pre-requisites <br /> <br /> criteria .Supervisors/managers who are formal and informal leaders in the organization. <br /> • Situational Leadership preferred (may need to participate in a course before the <br /> academy starts). <br /> • Leadership experience in supervision/management positions. Minimum of 2 <br /> years, but prefer more. <br /> <br /> Criteria, other .Desire to learn how to better manage, improve and change organizational <br /> <br /> qualities systems. <br /> • Understanding of dynamics of working in a unionized environment. <br /> • Willingness to explore their current-skill level and desire to grow in their <br /> leadership ability. <br /> • Motivation to fully participate in the program and attend all of the sessions (see <br /> attached program description) and contribute to the learning of others. <br /> • Possession of basic presentation skills. <br /> • Competency at written and verbal communication. <br /> • Ability to give high level of feedback regarding the pilot academy.
