Participants are encouraged and <br /> challenged to explore diversity issues they currently face. <br /> Conflict Management: <br /> Through. experiential exercises and a conflict instrument, participants will increase <br /> their understanding of the nature of conflict and their awareness of their personal <br /> style for managing conflict. <br /> Creativity and Communication: <br /> In an interactive and fun setting, participants learn new ways to expand their creative <br /> thinking. abilities and expand the creative aspects of their teams at work.
