In response to the current inquiry regarding Coburg, and George Kloeppel scheduling the matter for SEL on <br /> Friday, the attached memo provides our collective response at this time. We recognize the tone of this memo <br /> may appear a bit "edgy." While not intended to be edgy, it is intended to be straight forward communication, <br /> which we would expect LCOG, as a partner in SEL, to assist us in conveying to Coburg, so that Coburg does not <br /> develop the perception that staff of our agencies are stonewalling this process.
