Those agencies providing the funding are requiring an independent <br /> .'project manager'. What I am trying to do is to write the scope of work so that the <br /> <br /> project manager facilitates what we agreed to do at the SEL. I revised the SEL letter by <br /> adding a new number one and number five to reflect this requirement. I am now in the <br /> <br /> process of writing the scope of work which will accompany the request for funds from the <br /> state. <br /> I am sending the draft form along with this email so you can review it and make suggested <br /> changes. As you know this scope of work is in answer to questions the funders are <br /> requesting.
