Street Lighting -Local Streets <br /> Items c. through f. will total $75,000 and represent the "STP Match" funds. <br /> 2. Transportation SDC reimbursement fees will be used for pavement maintenance on <br /> arterials and collectors. <br /> 4. All of the transportation improvements serving the courthouse will be federally <br /> funded and the improvements for the surrounding district will be county funded. <br /> 5. The Oak Street extension is included in the current budget and will not be included in <br /> the C1P. <br /> 6. Royal Avenue will be county funded. <br /> 7. Priority projects for SDC funding will be those in the current budget -Chad Drive <br /> and 3r /4th Connector and those with a City commitment - Judkins Point/Glenwood <br /> Blvd. improvements. <br /> 8. Legacy and Roosevelt will be moved out in years or unfunded to balance the <br /> transportation SDC funded portion of the transportation CIP. Projects will continue <br /> to be shown in the CIP as a commitment to the Royal Node even though development <br /> pressure is nonexistent. <br /> <br /> 9. The balance available of $750,000 in transportation SDCs will be used to fund <br /> Services for New Development at $100k annually and $SOk for Judkins <br /> PointlGlenwood Blvd improvements. <br /> 10. The annual $85k match for bikeways came from the following - $SOk from traffic <br /> signal improvements (reduced to $150k), $15k from street lighting (reduced to $60k) <br /> and $20k from traffic operations (reduced to $SSk). <br /> 11. The general category - "Services for New Development".will continue to be shown <br /> in the CII' and funded with transportation SDCs at a reduced level ($100k) from the <br /> past CIP ($200 to $300k). <br /> 12. A new funding source for street maintenance will drive the priorities for stormwater <br /> and sanitary sewer rehabilitation to assure that utilities are rehabilitated in advance of <br /> paving projects. <br /> <br />
