The CIP policy issues for the Delta Ponds project include: <br /> 1. Should the additional recreation costs of the project estimated at $250,000 be funded <br /> by Parks SDCs, Park Bond Measure interest or is there an alternative source of funds? <br /> 2. Should the recreational pathway on the west side of Delta Ponds between <br /> Goodpasture Road and Delta Highway be included in the CII' and shown as an <br /> unfunded Parks project estimated to cost $12,000? <br /> <br /> 3. Should the "dry culverts" under Goodpasture Road and Delta Highway be included in <br /> the Corps project at 100 percent City cost ($700,000) and funded by transportation <br /> SDCs?
