SDC funded projects only. <br /> b. $lmillion utility rate program plus SDC funded projects. <br /> c. $2 million utility rate program (CSWMP) plus three years of $577k stream <br /> acquisition plus SDC funded projects. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. .Rate increase of $0.50 for three fiscal years beginning in FY 04 for enhanced stream <br /> corridor acquisition. <br /> 2. An annual capital improvement program of $2 million consistent with CSWMP and <br /> DAC-supported basin planning strategy and financial projections. The $577k three <br /> year enhanced stream corridor acquisition program is in addition to the $2 million. <br /> 3. Extension of a storm drainage system to serve the River RoadlSanta Clara area is not <br /> included in the CIP. <br /> 4. There are no UIC related (dry wells) capital projects identified in the CIP. <br /> S. Corps Metro Waterways Restoration Study: Only the Eugene costs and the Eugene <br /> portion of the federal costs are shown in the CIP even though we are moving forward <br /> with two other (Springfield & Lane County) local sponsors. <br /> <br /> 6. There are no specific ESA/salmon related projects in the CIP - such as removal of <br /> barriers to fish passage. <br /> <br /> 7. Prioritization of projects for inclusion in the CIP used the following criteria: <br /> a. Stormwater, improvements associated with other City or County road or park <br /> projects. <br /> b. Federal projects to leverage federal funds. , <br /> c. Specific Council direction such as stream corridor acquisition <br /> d. Remaining projects represent a mix of water quality and flood control with multi- <br /> objective projects as the primary goal. <br /> <br />
