The project is expected <br /> to take about t ee weeks to complete, weather permitting. The work is part of an ongoing City <br /> i <br /> program, paid or through road funds, to extend the life of concrete streets by replacing damaged <br /> sections. <br /> i <br /> ~ At leas one lane on East 19`h Avenue will be kept open at all times. During daytime <br /> i <br /> construction h urs, motorists may encounter flaggers and experience brief delays, and on-street <br /> parking may b temporarily unavailable.
