Work will <br /> begin in mid- une and may cause some brief delays for traffic on Charnelton and Lincoln streets. <br /> • East Bank Trail bicycle and pedestrian path (City of Eugene). No significant traffic <br /> impacts are a ticipated during construction of about a mile of bike path south of the Owosso <br /> Bridge. <br /> { <br /> • Wa tewater system repairs in the south Eugene area (generally between Lincoln Street, <br /> I <br /> Amazon Par way, 24th Place, and 39th Avenue). This City of Eugene project is being done <br /> primarily on ocal streets but may require occasional lane closures on Willamette and Donald <br /> i <br /> streets. <br /> I <br /> i <br /> ~ • Mo ernization of Beltline Road from Royal Avenue south to the railroad bridge <br /> (ODOT).
