Next Wednesday's meeting is intended to create a <br /> <br /> vision for Haw 'ns View Park, establish project goals and priorities, and identify key issues and <br /> challenges fort e design of the park. <br /> Hawkin View Park is one of 18 neighborhood parks slated for development with funds <br /> from the parks d open space measure approved by Eugene voters in November 1998.
