The State Traffic Engineer approved the <br /> reduced speed limit March 4. <br /> Signs with orange diamonds will be posted to alert motorists to the new speed limit, and <br /> tl#e City's traffic radar trailer will be placed on West 18th to show drivers their speed. With the <br /> c ange, all of 18th Avenue from Agate Street to Bertelsen Road is a 30 mph speed zone.
