From Chambers Street, go west on 15th Avenue and turn left on Hayes. <br /> I <br /> Volunteers are asked to bring shovels and trowels and wear gloves and sturdy boots or <br /> hoes and rain gear if necessary. <br /> II The Eugene Stream Team is part of the City's Stormwater Management Program <br /> ~~SUpported by stormwater user fees to bring volunteers together to enhance local water quality. <br /> I~~AII events are free and open to the public.
