If ice <br /> or snow delay eaf removal, crews will resume leaf pickup in the same area when conditions <br /> I <br /> permit, and th schedule will be adjusted accordingly. There are five collection areas in the city, <br /> and generally ach area is scheduled for two collections (streets without curbs and gutters <br /> normally are picked up only during the second half of the schedule, and major arterials with bike <br /> lanes are picke up weekly). <br /> •Centr 1 Eugene (between the Willamette River and 18th Avenue from Garfield Street <br /> to Agate Street will be picked up November 2 through November 6.
