If ice <br /> or snow delay eaf removal, crews will resume leaf pickup in the same area when conditions <br /> I <br /> permit, and th schedule will be adjusted accordingly. There are five collection areas in the city, <br /> and generally ach area is scheduled for two collections (streets without curbs and gutters <br /> normally are picked up only during the second half of the schedule, and major arterials with bike <br /> lanes are picke up weekly). <br /> •Centr 1 Eugene (between the Willamette River and 18th Avenue from Garfield Street <br /> to Agate Street will be picked up November 2 through November 6. Crews will return for the <br /> second,pickup ~ecember 7 through December 11. <br /> • Southeast Eugene (east of Willamette Street and south of 18th Avenue) will be picked <br /> up November 9 through November 13 and December 14 through December 18. <br /> i <br /> •Southv~est Eugene (west of Willamette Street and south of 18th Avenue) will be picked <br /> i <br /> i <br /> p November 1 through November 20 and December 21 through December 24. <br /> •West ugene (north of 18th Avenue and west of Garfield Street, including <br /> ethel/Danebo, and in the Churchill area west of Bertelsen Road) will be picked up <br /> ovember 23 though November 25 and December 28 through December 31. <br /> •Willak~nzie and north Eugene (including Silver Lane and Sterling Drive) is scheduled <br /> or leaf collection November 30 through December 4 and January 4 through January 8. <br /> (more) <br /> <br />
