Volunteers are asked <br /> t bring gloves and shovels. City staff will provide other tools and planting materials. <br /> The Fairmount Neighbors, the City of Eugene, and other interested citizens have been <br /> orking together for the past year to remove non-native and invasive species that had taken over <br /> pprtions of the park and to make the park safer by improving visibility through appropriate <br /> planting choices.
