Both s gments are designed to be 12 feet wide, concrete, and illuminated. <br /> ' The pu licly constructed segment is estimated to cost approximately $800,000. A federal <br /> transportation rant will pay for 80 percent of the project costs, and funds collected through City <br /> transportation ystems development charges will pay the balance. Mowat Construction of <br /> ' Kirkland, Was ington, submitted the low bid to build the Greenacres to Beltline segment. The <br /> company expe is to begin work later this week, with completion scheduled by late October. <br /> The Gr enacres-to-Beltline section is approximately 2,500 feet long and runs parallel to <br /> the Beltline o arnp from the intersection at Greenacres and Delta Highway, spans the DeBrick <br /> Slough with a 85-foot-long bridge designed by OBEC Consulting Engineers of Eugene, and <br /> i <br /> crosses under eltline at the east bank of the Willamette River.
